...This is what I've been working on for the past three months - ever since August, in other words. Photoshop CS2, unknown time (probably tens of hours).
Yes, it has the same characters as my previous picture, but in reversed positions and emotions. That's one of the ideas that made me do this picture: I felt sorry for the girl that was dreary and upside down last time. Now though, they're in a bit less gravitation-denying environment... I think. By the way, I got the idea for the starry sky in the background when I was staying over at my friend's place in Nauvo (in the archipelago of Finland)... The night sky there was too beautiful to be described with just words or pictures, but it inspired me when I was drawing the background.
Anyway, it's the picture that I've put all my time, love and talent (?) to. Ah. I feel so empty now that I've finally completed it but... A bit satisfied, too. I tried a lot of things in this pic, especially considering the contrast, and I think that many of the things that I tried were quite helpful. ^^ This version is resized to about 70% of the original size. I really hope you like it!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
